With this app, customers can instantly open a bank account from anywhere and begin banking immediately. The app lives up to its name, "Ekhoni," allowing users to complete all necessary processes instantaneously, from signing up for Citytouch Digital Banking services to depositing funds into their account - all without needing to visit a physical bank branch.

- Instant issuance of debit card at any City Bank branch

The following requirements need to be fulfilled:
- Applicant's National Identity Card (NID)
- Applicant's selfie
- Applicant's e-TIN copy (optional)
- Nominee's photo (taken live or uploaded from phone gallery)
- Nominee's National Identity Card (NID)
- Supporting documents for source of funds (only applicable if the applicant's monthly transaction requirement exceeds BDT 100,000)
Ekhoni Account is available to any Bangladeshi individual aged 18 years or older with a valid NID card. The following types of accounts are offered:
- General Savings Account
- High Value Savings Account
- Savings Delight Account
- Seniors' Savings Account (exclusive to customers aged 50 years or older)
- Alo General Savings Account (exclusive to women)
- Alo High Value Savings Account (exclusive to women)
- Alo Savings Delight Account (exclusive to women)
